Embarrassed? Blame your brain

I read the StyleWatch editions of People, but lately I’ve been questioning myself. Despite my best efforts, my daughter will not hesitate to flash the fashion-police badge assigned to all teenage girls and cry, “Unlawful outfit!”

But just because the occasional get-up isn’t great (except the shoes…I never, ever get the shoes wrong), it’s no reason to be embarrassed…wearing your underwear on the outside of your shorts, however, is another matter.

Well, that was Embarrassing!

I have reached the age where it takes sooo much more than a little slop of wine down the front of my blouse or a piece of parsley between my front teeth to embarrass me, but I recently wore something out in public that should never have seen the light of day, let alone the fluorescents of my spin and yoga class.
